( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ: عُبَيْدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَهْدِيٍّ لَفْظًا قَالَا: نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، أَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ أَبِي هِنْدٍ عَنْ عَامِرٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ نَضْلَةَ أَوْ قَالَ نُضَيْلَةَ شَكَّ دَاوُدُ قَالَ:

رُفِعَ إِلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ امْرَأَةٌ تَزَوَّجَتْ فِي عِدَّتِهَا فَقَالَ لَهَا: هَلْ عَلِمْتِ أَنَّكِ تَزَوَّجْتِ فِي الْعِدَّةِ ؟ قَالَتْ: لَا، فَقَالَ لِزَوْجِهَا: هَلْ عَلِمْتَ ؟ قَالَ: لَا، قَالَ: لَوْ عَلِمْتُمَا لَرَجَمْتُكُمَا فَجَلَدَهُمَا أَسْيَاطًا وَأَخَذَ الْمَهْرَ فَجَعَلَهُ صَدَقَةً فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، قَالَ: لَا أُجِيزُ مَهْرًا لَا أُجِيزُ نِكَاحَهُ، وَقَالَ: لَا تَحِلُّ لَكَ أَبَدًا
