أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، نَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ، نَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ قَالَ:

قَالَ عُمَرُ ؓ فِي امْرَأَةٍ تَزَوَّجَتْ فِي عِدَّتِهَا قَالَ: النِّكَاحُ حَرَامٌ وَالصَّدَاقُ ( حَرَامٌ ) وَجَعَلَ الصَّدَاقَ فِي بَيْتِ الْمَالِ وَقَالَ: لَا يَجْتَمِعَانِ مَا عَاشَا
