( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْقَطَّانُ، نَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ يُونُسَ الْجُرْجَانِيُّ، نَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، نَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْكُوفِيُّ، نَا الْمُظَاهِرُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
" تُطَلَّقُ الْأَمَةُ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ وَتَعْتَدُّ حَيْضَتَيْنِ
