( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، نَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، نَا مَالِكٌ أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَسُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ كَانَا يَقُولَانِ:
عِدَّةُ الْأَمَةِ إِذَا هَلَكَ عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا شَهْرَانِ وَخَمْسُ لَيَالٍ
