( وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ الشَّافِعِيُّ ) فِي كِتَابِ عَلِيٍّ وَعَبْدِ اللهِ ؓ بَلَاغًا عَنْ هُشَيْمٍ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ أَبِي صَادِقٍ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ نَاجِدٍ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ:
الْعِدَّةُ مِنْ يَوْمِ يُطَلِّقُ أَوْ يَمُوتُ
