( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، نَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، نَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى، نَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عِيَاضُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ وَغَيْرُهُ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ فِي حَدِيثِ الْمُتَلَاعِنَيْنِ قَالَ:

فَمَضَتِ السُّنَّةُ بَعْدُ فِي الْمُتَلَاعِنَيْنِ يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا ثُمَّ لَا يَجْتَمِعَانِ أَبَدًا
