( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْأَسْوَدِ، أَنَا نَافِعُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ الْبَصْرِيِّ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
إِذَا أَتَى أَحَدُكُمُ امْرَأَتَهُ فِي الدَّمِ فَلْيَتَصَدَّقْ بِدِينَارٍ، وَإِذَا وَطِئَهَا وَقَدْ رَأَتِ الطُّهْرَ وَلَمْ تَغْتَسِلْ فَلْيَتَصَدَّقْ بِنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ
