أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو النَّضْرِ الْفَقِيهُ، نَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ (، نَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ النَّضْرَوِيُّ، نَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ )، نَا حُسَيْنٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ يَعْمَرَ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ الدِّيلِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" مَنِ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ، وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُهُ فَقَدْ كَفَرَ وَمَنِ ادَّعَى مَا لَيْسَ لَهُ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا وَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ، وَمَنِ ادَّعَى رَجُلًا بِالْكُفْرِ أَوْ قَالَ عَدُوَّ اللهِ وَلَيْسَ كَذَلِكَ فَقَدْ حَارَ أَوْ جَارَ عَلَيْهِ لَمْ يَكُنْ كَذَلِكَ
