وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، نَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ صَالِحٍ الْأَيْلِيُّ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" يَا عَتَّابُ بْنَ أًسِيدٍ إِنِّي قَدْ بَعَثْتُكَ إِلَى أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ فَانْهَهُمْ عَنْ كَذَا ". وَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ وَفِيهِ: أَرْبَعَةٌ لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمْ مُلَاعَنَةٌ: الْيَهُودِيَّةُ تَحْتَ الْمُسْلِمِ وَالنَّصْرَانِيَّةُ تَحْتَ الْمُسْلِمِ وَالْعَبْدُ عِنْدَهُ الْحُرَّةُ وَالْحُرُّ عِنْدَهُ الْأَمَةُ
