أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ، نَا السَّاجِيُّ، نَا ابْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، نَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، نَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مَطَرٍ الْوَرَّاقِ وَعَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ سَمِعَا عَمْرَو بْنَ شُعَيْبٍ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ
أَنَّ عُمَرَ ؓ قَالَ فِي رَجُلٍ ظَاهَرَ مِنْ ثَلَاثِ نِسْوَةٍ قَالَ: عَلَيْهِ كَفَّارَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ
