✧ Whoever says the one who takes an oath of continence is waited for after four months; if he returns, otherwise he divorces

أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَامِدٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الرَّازِيُّ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا زَاهِرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، نَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، نَا السُّلَمِيُّ يَعْنِي أَحْمَدَ بْنَ يُوسُفَ، نَا حَجَّاجٌ، نَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ تَعَالَى

أَنَّ أَبَا الدَّرْدَاءِ قَالَ فِي الْإِيلَاءِ: يُوقَفُ عِنْدَ انْقِضَاءِ أَرْبَعَةِ أَشْهُرٍ، فَإِمَّا أَنْ يُطَلِّقَ وَإِمَّا أَنْ يَفِيءَ
