فِي عَبْدٍ مَمْلُوكٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ أُعْتِقَتْ قَالَ: لَا يَتَزَوَّجُهَا حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ
