( قَالَ وَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ، نَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ:

إِذَا أُعْتِقَتْ فِي عِدَّتِهَا فَإِنَّهُ يَتَزَوَّجُهَا وَتَكُونُ عِنْدَهُ عَلَى وَاحِدَةٍ
