أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، نَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ: الْحَسَنُ بْنُ حَمْشَاذَ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، نَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، نَا شَيْبَانُ النَّحْوِيُّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُعَتِّبٍ:
أَنَّ أَبَا حَسَنٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي نَوْفَلٍ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ اسْتَفْتَى ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ فِي مَمْلُوكٍ كَانَتْ تَحْتَهُ مَمْلُوكَةٌ فَطَلَّقَهَا تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ فَبَانَتْ مِنْهُ ثُمَّ إِنَّهُمَا أُعْتِقَا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ هَلْ يَصْلُحُ لِلرَّجُلِ أَنْ يَخْطُبَهَا ؟ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: نَعَمْ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِذَلِكَ
