( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُكْرَمٍ، نَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، أَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ فِي مَرَضِهِ فَبَتَّهَا قَالَ: أَمَّا عُثْمَانُ ؓ فَوَرَّثَهَا، وَأَمَّا أَنَا فَلَا أَرَى أَنْ أُوَرِّثَهَا بِبَيْنُونَتِهِ إِيَّاهَا
