( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، نَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، نَا أَبُو شِهَابٍ وَأَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حَنْظَلَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ ؓ:
لَيْسَ الرَّجُلُ بِأَمِينٍ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ إِذَا جُوِّعَتْ أَوْ أُوثِقَتْ أَوْ ضُرِبَتْ
