أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ الْقَاضِي قَالَا: نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، نَا الْحَسَنُ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ وَحَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ:

أَنَّ امْرَأَةً قَالَتْ لِزَوْجِهَا: لَوْ أَنَّ مَا تَمْلِكُ مِنْ أَمْرِي كَانَ بِيَدِي لَعَلِمْتُ كَيْفَ أَصْنَعُ، قَالَ: فَإِنَّ مَا أَمْلِكُ مِنْ أَمْرِكِ بِيَدِكِ قَالَتْ: قَدْ طَلَّقْتُكَ ثَلَاثًا، فَقِيلَ ذَلِكَ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَقَالَ: خَطَّأَ اللهُ نَوْءَهَا فَهَلَّا طَلَّقَتْ نَفْسَهَا إِنَّمَا الطَّلَاقُ عَلَيْهَا وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ
