أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، نَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، نَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، نَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ أَبِي حَصِينٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ وَثَّابٍ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ قَالَ:

إِذَا قَالَ الرَّجُلُ لِامْرَأَتِهِ اسْتَفْلِحِي بِأَمْرِكِ أَوِ اخْتَارِي أَوْ وَهَبَهَا لِأَهْلِهَا فَهِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ بَائِنَةٌ
