وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، نَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، نَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي حَصِينٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ وَثَّابٍ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ:

إِذَا قَالَ الرَّجُلُ لِامْرَأَتِهِ اسْتَفْلِحِي بِأَمْرِكِ أَوْ أَمْرُكِ لَكِ أَوْ وَهَبَهَا لِأَهْلِهَا فَهِيَ تَطْلِيقَةٌ بَائِنَةٌ
