أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْفَتْحِ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ الشُّرَيْحِيُّ، نَا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ الْبَغَوِيُّ، نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ، أَنَا شَرِيكٌ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ وَقَيْسٌ عَنْ أَبِي حَصِينٍ عَنْ نُعَيْمِ بْنِ دَجَاجَةَ قَالَ:
طَلَّقَ رَجُلٌ امْرَأَتَهُ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهَا: أَنْتِ عَلَيَّ حَرَجٌ قَالَ فَدَخَلَ إِلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ لَهُ: أَتُرَاهَا أَهْوَنَهُنَّ عَلَيَّ فَأَبَانَهَا مِنْهُ
