( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ خُشَيْشٍ الْمُقْرِي بِالْكُوفَةِ، أَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ: إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَزْدِيُّ ابْنُ أَبِي الْعَزَائِمِ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ، أَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ قَالَ:
جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى عَلِيٍّ ؓ فَقَالَ: طَلَّقْتُ امْرَأَتِي أَلْفًا قَالَ: ثَلَاثٌ تُحَرِّمُهَا عَلَيْكَ وَاقْسِمْ سَائِرَهَا بَيْنَ نِسَائِكَ
