أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، أَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ وَاقِعِ بْنِ سَحْبَانَ:

أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى عِمْرَانَ بْنَ حُصَيْنٍ ؓ وَهُوَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَقَالَ: رَجُلٌ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثًا وَهُوَ فِي مَجْلِسٍ قَالَ: أَثِمَ بِرَبِّهِ وَحَرُمَتْ عَلَيْهِ امْرَأَتُهُ قَالَ: فَانْطَلَقَ الرَّجُلُ فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لِأَبِي مُوسَى ؓ يُرِيدُ بِذَلِكَ عَيْبَهُ فَقَالَ: أَلَا تَرَى أَنَّ عِمْرَانَ بْنَ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ كَذَا وَكَذَا فَقَالَ أَبُو مُوسَى أَكْثَرَ اللهُ فِينَا مِثْلَ أَبِي نُجَيْدٍ
