أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِي، أَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، نَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، أَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ:
أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ مِائَةَ تَطْلِيقَةٍ قَالَ: عَصَيْتَ رَبَّكَ وَبَانَتْ مِنْكَ امْرَأَتُكَ لَمْ تَتَّقِ اللهَ فَيَجْعَلَ لَكَ مَخْرَجًا ثُمَّ قَرَأَ: ( يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَطَلِّقُوهُنَّ فِي قُبُلِ عِدَّتِهِنَّ )
