وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ الْفَقِيهُ، نَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الرَّقَاشِيُّ، ثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، نَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
فَلْيُطَلِّقْهَا إِنْ شَاءَ، قَالَ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ ؓ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَفَتَحْتَسِبُ بِتِلْكَ التَّطْلِيقَةِ ؟ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ
