وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْقَطَّانُ، نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، نَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ، نَا شُعْبَةُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ أَخْبَرَنِي أَنَسُ بْنُ سِيرِينَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ:
طَلَّقْتُ امْرَأَتِي وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ قَالَ فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ عُمَرُ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ فَقَالَ: لِيُرَاجِعْهَا فَإِذَا طَهُرَتْ فَلْيُطَلِّقْهَا، قَالَ فَقُلْتُ لَهُ يَعْنِي لِابْنِ عُمَرَ: يُحْتَسَبُ بِهَا ؟ قَالَ: فَمَهْ
