أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، نَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ السَّلَامِ، نَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، نَا وَكِيعٌ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، [وَ] عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ ؓ يَرْفَعُهُ قَالَ:
لَا طَلَاقَ قَبْلَ النِّكَاحِ وَلَا عِتْقَ قَبْلَ مِلْكٍ
