أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَا: نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نَا أَبُو عُتْبَةَ، ثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ - ؓ

فِي رَجُلٍ قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ: إِذَا جَاءَ رَمَضَانُ فَأَنْتِ طَالِقٌ ثَلَاثًا وَبَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ رَمَضَانَ سِتَّةُ أَشْهُرٍ فَنَدِمَ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: يُطَلِّقُ وَاحِدَةً فَتَنْقَضِي عِدَّتُهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَجِيءَ رَمَضَانُ فَإِذَا مَضَى خَطَبَهَا إِنْ شَاءَ
