وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَا: نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ - ؓ أَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جُمْهَانَ مَوْلَى الْأَسْلَمِيِّينَ، عَنْ أُمِّ بَكْرَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيَّةِ:

أَنَّهَا اخْتَلَعَتْ مِنْ زَوْجِهَا عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَسِيدٍ ثُمَّ أَتَيَا عُثْمَانَ ؓ فِي ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ: هِيَ تَطْلِيقَةٌ إِلَّا أَنْ تَكُونَ سَمَّيْتَ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ مَا سَمَّيْتَ
