أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، نَا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، نَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ:
سَأَلَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ طَلَّقَهَا زَوْجُهَا تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ اخْتَلَعَتْ مِنْهُ أَيَتَزَوَّجُهَا ؟ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: ذَكَرَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ الطَّلَاقَ فِي أَوَّلِ الْآيَةِ وَآخِرِهَا وَالْخُلْعَ بَيْنَ ذَلِكَ فَلَيْسَ الْخُلْعُ بِطَلَاقٍ يَنْكِحُهَا
