وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، نَا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، نَا مَعْمَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ:
أَنَّ رَجُلًا خَلَعَ امْرَأَتَهُ فِي وِلَايَةِ عُثْمَانَ ؓ عِنْدَ غَيْرِ سُلْطَانٍ فَأَجَازَهُ عُثْمَانُ ؓ
