أَخْبَرَنَا ) عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْبُوشَنْجِيُّ، نَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، نَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ:
أَنَّ رُبَيِّعَ بِنْتَ مُعَوِّذٍ جَاءَتْ هِيَ وَعَمُّهَا إِلَى عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ وَأَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنَّهَا اخْتَلَعَتْ مِنْ زَوْجِهَا فِي زَمَنِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ ؓ فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ فَلَمْ يُنْكِرْهُ، فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ ؓ: عِدَّتُهَا عِدَّةُ الْمُطَلَّقَةِ
