( قَالَ وَنَا ) سُفْيَانُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ، عَنْ خَيْثَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ شِهَابٍ الْخَوْلَانِيِّ:
أَنَّ امْرَأَةً طَلَّقَهَا زَوْجُهَا عَلَى أَلْفِ دِرْهَمٍ فَرُفِعُ ذَلِكَ إِلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ فَقَالَ: بَاعَكِ زَوْجُكِ طَلَاقًا بَيْعًا. وَأَجَازَهُ عُمَرُ
