( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، أَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، نَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، نَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، نَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:

" لَا يَأْخُذُ مِنَ الْمُخْتَلِعَةِ أَكْثَرَ مِمَّا أَعْطَاهَا
