( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، نَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، نَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، أَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ هُوَ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، أَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:

أَتَتِ امْرَأَةٌ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنِّي أُبْغِضُ زَوْجِي وَأُحِبُّ فِرَاقَهُ فَقَالَ: أَتَرُدِّينَ عَلَيْهِ حَدِيقَتَهُ الَّتِي أَصْدَقَكِ ؟ "، قَالَ: وَكَانَ أَصْدَقَهَا حَدِيقَةً قَالَتْ: نَعَمْ وَزِيَادَةً، قَالَ النَّبِيُّ - ﷺ: " أَمَّا الزِّيَادَةُ مِنْ مَالِكِ فَلَا وَلَكِنِ الْحَدِيقَةُ ". قَالَتْ: نَعَمْ، فَقَضَى بِذَلِكَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَلَى الرَّجُلِ فَأُخْبِرَ بِقَضَاءِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: قَدْ قَبِلْتُ قَضَاءَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ
