( قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنِي ) سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ ذَلِكَ:
إِذَا دَخَلَ بِهَا، قَالَ وَإِنْ عَلِمَ بِذَلِكَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا فَإِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَ وَإِنْ شَاءَ فَارَقَ بِغَيْرِ طَلَاقٍ
