أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْعَبْدَوِيُّ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ الْهَرَوِيُّ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ عَلِيٌّ - ؓ:

أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ نَكَحَ امْرَأَةً وَبِهَا بَرَصٌ، أَوْ جُنُونٌ، أَوْ جُذَامٌ، أَوْ قَرْنٌ فَزَوْجُهَا بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَمَسَّهَا، إِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ طَلَّقَ، فَإِنْ مَسَّهَا فَلَهَا الْمَهْرُ بِمَا اسْتَحَلَّ مِنْ فَرْجِهَا
