( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا مَالِكٌ أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً وَبِهِ جُنُونٌ أَوْ ضَرَرٌ فَإِنَّهَا تُخَيَّرُ فَإِنْ شَاءَتْ فَارَقَتْهُ وَإِنْ شَاءَتْ قَرَّتْ
