( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ الْهَثِيمِ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، أَخْبَرَنِي شُعَيْبٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ قَالَ: قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ:
لَا يَحِلُّ لِرَجُلٍ أَنْ يَنْكِحَ امْرَأَةً إِلَّا نِكَاحَ الْإِسْلَامِ يُمْهِرُهَا وَيَرِثُهَا وَتَرِثُهُ وَلَا يُقَاضِيهَا عَلَى أَجَلٍ مَعْلُومٍ أَنَّهَا امْرَأَتُهُ، فَإِنْ مَاتَ أَحَدُهُمَا لَمْ يَتَوَارَثَا
