أَنْبَأَنِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ
وَسُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ وَطِئَ أُمَّ امْرَأَتِهِ ؟ قَالَ: قَالَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ - ؓ: لَا يُحَرِّمُ الْحَرَامُ الْحَلَالَ
