( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ: عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ سَامٍ، ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفَرْوِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
" لَا يُحَرِّمُ الْحَرَامُ الْحَلَالَ
