14052 - وَقَدْ رَوَى الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ؛ أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ؓ قَالَ:
إِذَا كَانَ لِلرَّجُلِ جَارِيَتَانِ أُخْتَانِ فَغَشِيَ إِحْدَاهُمَا فَلَا يَقْرَبِ الْأُخْرَى حَتَّى يُخْرِجَ الَّتِي غَشِيَ مِنْ مِلْكِهِ. وَقَالَ الْحَسَنُ الْبَصْرِيُّ: حَتَّى يُخْرِجَهَا مِنْ مِلْكِهِ أَوْ يُزَوِّجَهَا. أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ابْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا سَعْدَانُ، ثَنَا مُعَاذٌ عَنِ الْأَشْعَثِ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، فَذَكَرَهُ
