( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الطَّرَائِفِيُّ، ثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
فِي قَوْلِ اللهِ تَعَالَى: وَلا تَنْكِحُوا مَا نَكَحَ آبَاؤُكُمْ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ، وَقَوْلُهُ: وَحَلائِلُ أَبْنَائِكُمُ يَقُولُ: كُلُّ امْرَأَةٍ تَزَوَّجَهَا أَبُوكَ أَوِ ابْنُكَ، دَخَلَ بِهَا أَوْ لَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا، فَهِيَ حَرَامٌ عَلَيْكَ
