( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي يَزِيدَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ:

أَنَّ رَجُلًا تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً وَلَهَا ابْنَةٌ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ وَلَهُ ابْنٌ مِنْ غَيْرِهَا، فَفَجَرَ الْغُلَامُ بِالْجَارِيَةِ فَظَهَرَ بِهَا حَبَلٌ، فَلَمَّا قَدِمَ عُمَرُ ؓ مَكَّةَ رُفِعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَيْهِ فَسَأَلَهُمَا فَاعْتَرَفَا فَجَلَدَهُمَا عُمَرُ الْحَدَّ وَحَرَصَ أَنْ يَجْمَعَ بَيْنَهُمَا فَأَبَى الْغُلَامُ
