أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ زَيْدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَلَوِيُّ وَعَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ النَّجَّارِ الْمُقْرِي بِالْكُوفَةِ قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرِ بْنُ دُحَيْمٍ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ
فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: فَإِنَّهُ كَانَ لِلأَوَّابِينَ غَفُورًا قَالَ: يُذْنِبُ ثُمَّ يَتُوبُ ثُمَّ يُذْنِبُ ثُمَّ يَتُوبُ، قَالَ: وَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ: وَالزَّانِيَةُ لا يَنْكِحُهَا إِلا زَانٍ أَوْ مُشْرِكٌ قَالَ: نَسَخَتْهَا آيَةُ وَأَنْكِحُوا الأَيَامَى مِنْكُمْ وَالصَّالِحِينَ مِنْ عِبَادِكُمْ وَإِمَائِكُمْ.
