( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ
فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: الزَّانِي لا يَنْكِحُ إِلا زَانِيَةً أَوْ مُشْرِكَةً الْآيَةَ، قَالَ: هِيَ مَنْسُوخَةٌ نَسَخَتْهَا آيَةُ وَأَنْكِحُوا الأَيَامَى مِنْكُمْ قَالَ: فَهِيَ مِنْ أَيَامَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ
