( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْقَطَّانُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْأَزْهَرِ، ثَنَا رَوْحٌ، ثَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ، ثَنَا أَبُو يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي مَسَرَّةَ، ثَنَا خَلَّادُ بْنُ يَحْيَى وَعَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ حَسَّانَ قَالَا: ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

الزَّانِي لا يَنْكِحُ إِلا زَانِيَةً أَوْ مُشْرِكَةً قَالَ: أَمَا إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ بِالنِّكَاحِ وَلَكِنَّهُ الْجِمَاعُ، لَا يَزْنِي بِهَا إِلَّا زَانٍ أَوْ مُشْرِكٌ. لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ، وَفِي رِوَايَةِ الْفَقِيهِ: وَلَكِنْ لَا يُجَامِعُهَا إِلَّا زَانٍ أَوْ مُشْرِكٌ
