( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الصَّابُونِيُّ الْفَقِيهُ بِنَيْسَابُورَ سَنَةَ ثَلَاثِمِائَةٍ، ثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ الْخَوَارَزْمِيُّ، ثَنَا الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ وَخَاطِبٍ وَشَاهِدَيْ عَدْلٍ
