( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ السَّرَّاجُ، ثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، أَنْبَأَ شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ - يَعْنِي: ابْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ، قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ:
إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الرَّجُلُ الْمَرْأَةَ وَبِهَا جُنُونٌ أَوْ جُذَامٌ أَوْ بَرَصٌ أَوْ قَرْنٌ، فَإِنْ كَانَ دَخَلَ بِهَا فَلَهَا الصَّدَاقُ بِمَسِّهِ إِيَّاهَا، وَهُوَ لَهُ عَلَى الْوَلِيِّ
