أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يُوسُفَ السُّوسِيُّ، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، قَالَا: ثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عَمَّارٍ شَدَّادٌ، عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:
إِنَّ اللهَ اصْطَفَى بَنِي كِنَانَةَ مِنْ بَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلَ، وَاصْطَفَى مِنْ بَنِي كِنَانَةَ قُرَيْشًا، وَاصْطَفَى مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ بَنِي هَاشِمٍ، وَاصْطَفَانِي مِنْ بَنِي هَاشِمٍ
