أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ مُكْرَمُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زِيَادِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثَنَا عَدِيُّ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:
لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ وَشَاهِدَيْ عَدْلٍ، فَإِنْ أَنْكَحَهَا وَلِيٌّ مَسْخُوطٌ عَلَيْهِ فَنِكَاحُهَا بَاطِلٌ
